Q. If I place my order at 10pm, when will I receive the products?

A. Deliveries to all Sydney suburbs are available next-day as long as the order is placed before 9pm as default. You have an option to choose your delivery date during your check out process.

If you place your order after 9pm and do not choose any particular delivery date, we will send your products on the day after next business day of the day you make your order.

  

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver to most Sydney suburbs, however the shipping fees are varied depends on your destination. At the moment, we only deliver fresh flowers to Sydney areas and additional gift national-wide. 

 

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. For orders placed on florii.com.au, we accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners. We also accept payment made via Paypal.

 

Q. Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays (Trading Hours)?

A. We deliver from Monday to Saturday 7am until 7pm. We are closed, and do not deliver on Sundays and most Public Holidays. If you have a special requirement, please contact us via sales@florii.com.au
